NBCF is a growing, non-denominational church with our main campus located the Leicester/Asheville area, North Carolina.  At NBCF we believe in the “train[ing of] Christ's followers in skilled servant work, working within Christ's body, the church, until we're all moving rhythmically and easily with each other” (Eph. 4:12 Message) - inbcf.com is part of this vision!

What is NBCF?  Is it another church that does stuff that churches do?  Or are we one of those counter-cultural places that doesn’t use words like “church” or “service” or other such words?  Well, we are neither.  If you looked at the people, they are just like you!  Young to old, multi-cultural, multi-national; we represent the Body of Christ, the Church in the area God has sent us. 

We are different in the way we teach and worship and serve and interact.  You could say that when we teach, we don’t necessarily do the “now don’t you feel better sermonette” that some do just to make people happy but to say what we believe God is saying to the church and people of our area.  While we are not a huge church, when we worship, we sing songs given to us by Holy Spirit too, not just the top 100 christian worship songs.  We believe that everyone in NBCF, not just the staff, is a functional part of the church.  So we all work and minister according to our giftings!  And finally, we interact like we love each other and care for each other truly and deeply.  We set an atmosphere of love for God and for the people.
